We recently modified the Yaris Sedan to be included in the fleet of Emirates Driving Institute, one of the largest driving schools in the UAE with a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles. The Yaris Sedan will now be a part of their fleet and the primary car used for teaching new students how to drive.
Custom modifications carried out in the Yaris Sedans include the installation of an imported pedal kit for driving school application using existing Toyota and supplier components, and the installation of a pedal kit component behind the right front floor carpet and floor sounding pad with the control cables running behind the air-conditioning unit and connected to the applicable pedals on the driver’s side.
For more information on the custom modified vehicles, please contact your Key Account Manager.
Our Special Projects team did it again! A Toyota Coaster was recently modified for the use of Arabian Adventures and features the following specification.

We joined forces with the Roads and Transport Authority to raise awareness of child safety amongst the youth of the UAE. The competition, dubbed “Junior Publisher” encourages students to spread awareness messages to more than 144,000 of their peers and 360,000 individuals in the community throughout the year, conducted through the RTA’s Salama Magazine, and incentivising participants through prizes.
Child safety awareness amongst parents and other drivers alike is of paramount importance to everyone at Al-Futtaim Motors and the RTA. Unfortunately, we still see a high percentage of drivers who do not buckle their children up in appropriate child seats, which significantly increases the risk of injury in the case of an accident. This grassroots safety initiative targets children, who will in turn encourage their parents to follow appropriate child safety laws. A total of five winners will be drawn monthly, with each winner receiving a cash prize of AED 1,000. The competition will run for the duration of the year, with the Salama Magazine being distributed to more than 105 schools across the UAE.

We also introduced the second edition of the Dream Car Art Contest in the UAE at this event.
