By accepting the temporary use of the vehicle provided as part of this initiative (“the Vehicle”), the user (“the User”) agrees to the following:

The Vehicle is provided solely for the intended use stated in the form above, for the agreed period and location, and must be driven only for that specified purpose.
The Vehicle must be driven safely and in full compliance with UAE traffic laws and regulations.
The User confirms they hold a valid UAE driving license and will not allow anyone else to drive the Vehicle.
AFM retains full discretion over the specifications, features, and options of the Vehicles provided.
AFM will ensure that the Vehicles are registered, insured, equipped with Salik tags and charges, reasonably clean and fueled for the agreed duration of use only.
The Vehicle must be picked up from the DFC Showroom in Dubai and returned to the same location on the agreed date and time in the same condition it was given except for reasonable wear and tear arising from normal usage.
The Vehicle is insured. However, the User will be fully responsible for:
- Any traffic fines, penalties, toll charges, parking fees, or violations incurred during the period of use;
- Any damage, excess, or costs not covered by insurance; and/or
- Any expenses, costs, losses or liabilities caused by User’s misuse, negligence, or breach of these terms.
In the event of an accident, damage, or theft, the User must immediately inform AFM Toyota and the relevant authorities and fully cooperate with any investigative and/or insurance processes.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, the User agrees that Toyota are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your use of the Vehicle.

By submitting this form, you consent to Al-Futtaim Toyota collecting and processing your personal data solely for internal Ramadan initiative purpose. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
