At Al-Futtaim Toyota, ensuring the safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. In light of the current circumstances, we have extended the manufacturer warranty for eligible Toyota owners whose original warranty might have expired during the movement restriction period. This will allow them time to visit the workshop and have any repairs that need to be made under warranty that could not be made during the movement restriction period. Your warranty in a nutshell

  • Passenger vehicles benefit from a 3 Years / 100,000 kilometres warranty.
  • Servicing your car with Al-Futtaim Motors/Toyota means that your car is being taken care of by trained technicians, at state-of-the-art facilities, using only Genuine Toyota Parts & Oil.
  • Regular servicing performed by Al-Futtaim Motors/Toyota secures your warranty and retains high resale value.
  • Warranty terms for corporate sold vehicles are as per the terms and conditions of the purchased contract.
  • Body panels are covered under a Corrosion / Perforation Warranty (corrosion from inside to outside), for a period of 3 years / 100,000 kilometres.
  • The Hybrid battery is covered for 8 years / 160,000 kilometres whichever occurs first.

Who is Eligible for the extension?

Due to the movement restriction period, we have extended the manufacturer’s warranty for customers whose manufacturer’s warranty expired between 1st March – 30th April 2020 for a period of two month or up to 5000 kilometers during these two months, whichever comes first.


Does this extension apply to fleet cars?

The warranty extension excludes fleet vehicles as these are dealt with separately. Please call 800-Toyota to learn more


My Vehicle requires warranty repairs and my warranty has expired during the movement restriction period

Rest assured we will be honoring warranty repairs that could not be carried out during the movement restriction period up to 15 days after the restrictions have been lifted. Please call 800-Toyota to register your concerns with our service center.


My car won’t start what should I do?

If you have a safety concern regarding the operation of your vehicle, please refrain from attempting to repair the car yourself and call us at 800-Toyota to schedule an appointment.


My car is part of a recall campaign and I could not leave my home due to the movement restrictions

When it comes to buying a new Toyota, we believe that nothing should stand between you and the thrill of the drive.

This is why we’ve made sure every Toyota comes with a 3-year / 100,000 km warranty. We will repair or replace faulty parts under normal use. To avoid losing your warranty, follow the recommended maintenance schedule and have your Toyota serviced with us.

Your warranty is fully transferable to a new owner.



The Hybrid battery is covered for 8 years / 160,000 km, whichever occurs first.
