1. Are your showrooms and service centers still open?
Yes, we continue to serve our customers during our normal hours of operation.
2. Can I still service my vehicle at your centers?
All our service centers are open and continue to fully support our aftersales customers from 8:30 to 17:30 daily except for Fridays.
Our service centers will continue to support customers in need of roadside emergency services when required. In order to keep our community safe, we are taking all precautionary measures in order to keep you safe.
In addition, all our customers’ vehicles that are being serviced at our workshops will be offered the special GardX KleenAir Bio One Shot Sanitizer, a non-hazardous, non-carcinogenic solution that kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses found on any given surface for the price of AED 69. This product is 99.99% effective against influenza and Coronaviruses such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV-2) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-Cov).
Customers are requested to call our Customer Engagement Centre through 800TOYOTA.

3. Are you considering mobile/home service for car maintenance?
While we will continue to provide roadside emergency services when required, our home service units are currently deployed to support fleets that oversee rescue missions, delivery of necessities, and transportation of staff from and to critical businesses. We will reach out to customers for an update on this subject in due time.
However we have now introduced a pick-up and drop-off service at your doorstep. We pick up your Toyota, service it at one of our 12 authorized service centers across the UAE and deliver it back to you completely sanitized.
4. Can I still purchase a vehicle these days? Are you able to deliver my vehicle safely?
Yes! We are committed to helping you safely enjoy your new car.
Please note that we are strictly adhering to the health and safety directives implemented by the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and have so far taken necessary measures to protect all internal and external stakeholders against contamination.
- Disinfection of all areas across all our properties including the implementation of additional hygiene and cleaning trainings for our housekeeping teams;
- Placing hand sanitizers for guests at all entry and exits;
- Sanitization of the interior and exterior of our vehicles on display
In addition to all these, we are using state-of-the-art air purification and Ultra-Mist Fumigation technology to disinfect all customer vehicles which we deliver. Note that this service will be offered free of charge to our sales customers during vehicle handover.
Should you require, our team can also deliver your car to your doorstep, disinfecting it ahead of the handover, to give you complete peace of mind.
